We strictly collect only the information necessary to provide you with the DocHumanizer service. This includes your email address during account registration, and the documents you deliberately upload to our system for processing.
Your uploaded documents are held in temporary volatile memory and securely transmitted strictly for AI text refinement processing. They are never sold to third parties, used to train public AI models, or stored permanently beyond the necessary transit lifecycle required by our proxy balancing architecture.
All financial transactions are physically processed by our specialized Merchant of Record (Paddle). We do not store, process, or physically touch your credit card numbers on our proprietary servers. Paddle assumes all legal, financial, and tax liability for processing, fully shielding your sensitive financial data beneath banking-grade encryption.
Once you securely sign out, or delete a document from your dashboard, the cryptographic pointers are permanently destroyed. We do not maintain a permanent shadow-archive of your processed essays or files. Furthermore, zero sensitive API keys (OpenAI / Groq) are ever exposed, logged, or shipped to the client DOM.
If you have any questions regarding how we handle your data, please visit our Contact Page.
