By registering for an account on DocHumanizer, you implicitly agree to be bound by these terms, as well as the terms of our Merchant of Record (Paddle). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are officially prohibited from using or accessing our APIs and frontend services.
DocHumanizer is strictly a B2B productivity and document styling utility. Our service integrates with massive language models via backend APIs solely to expedite formatting, translation, and text-restructuring tasks for professionals. You are solely responsible for the content you generate. Attempting to use this service to violate third-party academic policies or generate maliciously deceptive material is prohibited.
DocHumanizer does not process, store, or physically interact with any user credit card data. All transactions, billing, and tax compliance are executed exclusively through our certified Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. By upgrading your tier, you engage in a secure financial agreement strictly processed by Paddle's PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure.
DocHumanizer grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to utilize our software to restructure and refine text within documents. You may not attempt to reverse engineer our proprietary algorithms or directly DDoS our endpoints.
While we leverage advanced multi-key rotational load balancing for Ultimate users, the service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for transient network disruptions stemming from underlying AI API providers.
Under no circumstances shall DocHumanizer, its founders, or its API partners be held liable for any direct, indirect, explicit, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, API key exposure on user-operated local environments, API downtime, or tertiary academic/corporate disputes arising from generated content. The proprietary backend architecture strictly guards all root server-side API keys, and we make no claims or guaranties regarding third-party enforcement of any kind.
